Our Mission
The
(ICA) Interview Coaching Association was formed to be an open forum, a
resource, and set standards for this profession. The
Interview Coaching Association also supports a wide range of
initiatives to bring the
contributions of its Members to the attention to everyday society and
serve as a resource for collaboration, lead generation and thought
leadership. The ICA is also a resource for its Members to
discuss, ratify and create
standards of operation that will best serve the job seekers, employers
and recruiters who use their services.
